The team handled our transaction well.
Thanks
Really appreciate everything the whole team did for me and my wife.
I feel that everything went well but the delay with closing and the constant sending back of my to do items that were correctly completed made the experience a bit worse.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Ian,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. Im glad to hear some parts of the process went well, but Im sorry the delays and repeated requests for your to-do items made the experience more stressful than it should have been. Thats frustrating, especially when youve already done the work to complete the tasks.
We work hard to make the homebuying process as smooth as possible, and it sounds like we missed the mark for you in some areas. Wed love the opportunity to look into what happened and see how we can improve. If youd like to share more, feel free to reach out at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
Thank you again for your feedbackits how we get better. I hope youre enjoying your new home now that the process is behind you!
Andrew contacted me when interest rates dropped and I was able to refinance to save money.
