Sean was absolutely amazing from day one. I feel like he went above and beyond to prepare my husband and I for the home buying process. He was readily available at a moment's notice when we had questions and spoke in a language we understood. He spent a generous amount of time making sure that he covered every detail that I wasninteredted in and provided different scenarios when I needed help with important decisions. This is not our first home nor mortgage, but it is the first time I've ever placed my full confidence in the staff I've worked with during the process. Sam was equally amazing and provided every bit of the same thoughtful and professional service. This duo should be training every new employee that steps foot into the VU family.
