These loan rates assume no down payment and a $250,000 loan amount.
Streamline (IRRRL) Loan Assumptions:

6.125% (6.611% APR) with 1.625 discount points on a 60-day lock period for a 15-Year Streamline (IRRRL), and
6.125% (6.451% APR) with 2.000 discount points on a 60-day lock period for a 30-Year Streamline (IRRRL).
These Refinance loan rates assume that the property will be owner-occupied.
Cash-Out Loan Assumptions:

6.500% (7.015% APR) with 0.125 discount points on a 60-day lock period for a 15-Year VA Cash-Out refinance, and
6.625% (6.952% APR) with 0.250 discount points on a 60-day lock period for a 30-Year VA Cash Out refinance.
These Refinance loan rates assume a loan-to-value ratio lower than 90%.
Jumbo Loan Assumptions:
The conforming loan limit varies depending upon where you live. Alaska, California and Hawaii loans have special considerations for what qualifies as jumbo and may be priced separately.
