These loan rates assume no down payment and a $250,000 loan amount.
Streamline (IRRRL) Loan Assumptions:

5.990% (6.474% APR) with 1.625 discount points on a 60-day lock period for a 15-Year Streamline (IRRRL), and
6.250% (6.579% APR) with 2.000 discount points on a 60-day lock period for a 30-Year Streamline (IRRRL).
These Refinance loan rates assume that the property will be owner-occupied.
Cash-Out Loan Assumptions:

6.375% (6.926% APR) with 0.375 discount points on a 60-day lock period for a 15-Year VA Cash-Out refinance, and
6.990% (7.349% APR) with 0.500 discount points on a 60-day lock period for a 30-Year VA Cash Out refinance.
These Refinance loan rates assume a loan-to-value ratio lower than 90%.
Jumbo Loan Assumptions:
