Veterans United Home Loans is proud to announce UFC fighter and former Marine Corps Capt. Brian Stann is partnering with Veterans United.
Veterans United Home Loans is proud to announce that UFC standout and former Marine Corps Capt. Brian Stann is partnering with Veterans United to promote the benefits of VA loans and military home buying. The Silver Star recipient is one of the brightest stars in mixed martial arts. But it was his passion for helping soldiers and veterans that caught the attention of the nation's largest dedicated VA lender.
Brian's dedication and service makes him an ideal fit for Veterans United, a company focused on enhancing lives every day, said CEO Nathan Long.
"Brian embodies everything that's great about the military community we work tirelessly to serve," Long said. "We couldn't be more excited to have him on our team."
As the official spokesman of Veterans United, Brian urges other veterans to take advantage of the benefits earned by their service.
"I'm passionate about helping soldiers and veterans make smart financial decisions," Brian said. "Building wealth through homeownership is part of the American dream. Who deserves that more than our nation's heroes? Working with Veterans United is a perfect partnership for me."
Brian knows firsthand the power of the VA loan. He recently refinanced his mortgage with VA Mortgage Center.com and saw his monthly payment plummet by nearly $500.
"A VA loan is a hard-earned benefit that helps veterans and their families get a step closer to the American dream and the goal of homeownership," Brian said. "The team at Veterans United is there to make sure you realize that dream and get the home you deserve."
Friends and colleagues at Veterans United will be cheering on Brian in Las Vegas later this month for his UFC 130 bout against Jorge Santiago. The middleweight fight is slated for Saturday, May 28, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Beyond the fighting world, Brian has spent his civilian life helping active duty service members successfully transition from the military. He serves as executive director of Hire Heroes USA, a nonprofit organization that provides recently discharged veterans with the tools and confidence necessary to thrive after proudly serving our country.
The mission of Hire Heroes USA is to offer transition assistance, job search assistance and job placement services to those who have honorably served in the U.S. military — and to their spouses — in order to reduce veteran unemployment. Services are provided at no cost to the veteran.
