Everything went good the only thing I would have changed would have been the underwriting process that led us to need a well water test. This pushed the closing back a few weeks and if I would have known what was needed back when the appraisal was ordered it could have been addressed. I understand each state is different. I just think there should be a checklist created for each state that is sent to homebuyers that has items listed or required by the loan company or the state. Other than that everything was great.
You guys made all of this so much easier than the last time I had to do this. You guys are amazing!

Buying a house is already stressful to begin with. This is a huge purchase. The whole team was beyond helpful during a scary and unknown home buying experience. This was the first home for us so we were very inexperienced and the team made sure to be as detailed as possible in explaining the steps. I was not happy about the VA inspection and having to scrape and paint the garage but as Brad mentioned, it's done and won't need to be done after I moved in. I know that the VA inspection is sorry separate from Veterans United so that is nothing against ya'll, just a venting moment and you all helped to make sure we stayed on schedule with the closing date regardless of the speed bump. Thank you for the home welcoming package along with the personal card. It really meant allot to us and made us feel important. You all are the definition of customer service at its finest which you don't see anymore these days. Keep up the good work!
