GREAT TEAM!!! A weird thing --- I kept getting other realtors from Veterans calling when I was already working with Matt Jimmerson. Odd.
Veterans United quickly acted upon my request to refi my home. Mr. Magasmen and Mr. Chiles was very professional and up front on the steps that will be taking place. My only complaint would be the amount of money that was taken from my equity. The refi process kept being delayed due to no fault of my own nor Veterans United. Overall I'm very satisfied with the services I reeived.
When realtors suggest I use a different mortgage company it’s hard for me to say okay let’s do it because I know VU will get the job done right. I may give in an attempt another company but at the end of the day my heart and trust lies with VU. They have the best customer service, they are prompt and efficient, they work with you even when you doubt yourself, they simply make dreams come true.
