Jessica deserves a parade and a multitude of balloons. She always was available to answer any and all questions. She was always on step ahead so she would tell me what was next and how fast i needed to react. She was thorough in providing a complete understanding of what was required and how to fulfill the requests. She was the best part of each day that we dealt with her. She made each day. She made us feel comfortable not anxiety at all. Best team member and Michelle was efficient also.
The people and the process almost made it too easy. I’ve tried other lenders previously and Veterans United is elite amongst its peers. I would highly recommend them for first time homebuyers like myself especially if you want to end up with a home at the end of it.

More education and information for first-time borrowers on closing costs, taxes, fees, etc. A quick glossary or breakdown of costs, and what they mean, is very helpful when understanding how and why things costs as much or as little as they do. Competitive closing cost assistance for first time and low-income buyers, and more transparency into interest rates.
I think the entire team works well together. Zach had the reply all idea, I like that. You can have the help desk create a group for just you guys. Then when you wanted to send a message to all, you just type the name you used for your team...Act team 6?
