On original contact, I was promised no origination fee and no points with a better mortgage rate than competitors. Neither of those promises were kept. We continued with VU only because we didn't have the energy to go through the process again and we were under time constraints.

Veterans United made the home buying process for us first time home buyers very easy! They helped us with everything along the way, including setting us up with a realtor in the area we were looking in! They stayed on top of everything and made sure that we were prepared for everything along the way! I love how everything can be done online, the to-do list made things so much easier for me, being able to see what still needs to be done and what has been completed in such a user-friendly fashion. I don’t have any other company to compare them to, but we had such a great experience that I’m sure if we ever buy another home, Veteran’s United will have our business again!

I have only bought a home twice in my life and both times was with VU. Both times were exceptionally made uncomplicated by VU's wonderful customer service, quick response time and the ease of use of their portal. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend VU to anyone but especially veterans as their knowledge of VA loans/ process is one of the key factors I choose to use VU. Thank you for ask your help!!
