1. Should have informed me that there was such a thing as a 1 time rate reduction if the rates dropped before our final close. I would have at least like to know it was an option for a small fee to reduce my risk. Don't know how far the rates fell because I can not see the VA Jumbo rate. Would be nice in these tough times to have the opportunity now and in the future with a rare reduction to refinance.
I would complete my "mic time" by showing the most respect and appreciation to Jamie and Howard.. they made my time with this ownership a stress low , detail oriented backing I would never ask for anyone else on my side to assist me with all my questions and times of unsureity.
