Appreciate all the help and opportunity.

I had no idea what the process was, I had fears, uncertainties and doubts but Veterans United made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. You don’t just get a home, you get a family to assist you and lifelong home buying education. Thank you for all you do!

Halfway through my refinance process, Schandler had to take over for the previous loan officer. I was concerned that I would have to repeat a bunch of stuff to get him spun up but that was not the case at all. It felt like he was there the whole time. literally could not have been a smoother process. Very impressed with the communication between the loan officers and their communication with me. Very pleased 😁 thank you Schandler!

I thank the entire team for keeping me informed during the entire process. Thank you

I am very grateful for VU. They know how to take care of Veterans and help them save money with their time and their investment. I will continue to use VU for all my home loan needs.

Dustin and his team were great! They made the entire process so easy! Thank you!

The process is expediated well with a checklist and ease of communication.

Overall the refinance experience was smooth and generally painless for a relatively complex transaction involving an estate except for two issues that arose with the VA Home inspection and the "services you can shop for".
1. Don't pay the VA inspection fee until the house is completely ready to be inspected - you will have little to no flexibility scheduling the inspector once it's paid. In our case I paid the fee on Monday and the inspector was coming on Thursday whether we were ready or not.
2. You don't actually need to shop for those services unless you want to, although some automated messaging may make it sound like you might have to. If you do shop, shop EARLY in the process. The problem with mortgages is that people generally do them infrequently unless they are in housing business in some way, so the whole process is novel or nearly so each time. Pay attention and ask questions early. Make sure you understand the answers sufficiently well enough to execute on them correctly. On the plus side, the Veteran's United Portal is great and easy to use. I would have liked to be able to apply a comment to each document I uploaded stating what it was since there were a few additional documents had to upload that weren't on the todo list, such as additional paystubs.

It was a pleasure to work with a team that was professional, friendly, and treated me with respect. My brother veterans would be smart to use them.

Life made easy by my Dream Team. Made me feel like I knew all of them all my life. Again thank you all for this great experience.

Great experience and very helpful. Wish they wouldn't of transferred my mortgage, however.
