I was searching for a VA loan and saw the ad for veterans united. My friends nephew used VU when he relocated back to North Carolina. I would recommend to anyone to call Veterans United first. Again, I can’t say enough good things about my loan team and everyone at Veterans United. Extremely helpful from start to finish.
The only real issue was that after the loan was approved the original CD was not issued in the name of my Trust even though the Trust docs had been approved for three weeks! However, Ryan fixed the issue and a new closing package was sent to the title company.
if I needed anything, it was done and asked for them that day, if I had a question, it was always answered that day outstanding team

First time home buying is one of the most stressful things I've ever done. I dare say it's more stressful than joining the military! Perhaps that's because I was 23 and invincible with little to lose, but now that I have a wife and family to look after, and knowing how much rests on this life changing decision, the gravity shot up ten-fold!
