The team from VA Veteran's United were great from the beginning. They answered ll my questions concerning the process. This was my first home buying experience and they went step by step. The app was helpful well.



There were many times where questions went unanswered until I followed up multiple times. I was not notified of things promptly when time was of the essence. I felt as if it weren’t for me staying on top of everyone I would not have been able to close on the home when I did. Also my closing cost was increased multiple times within the last week or two before closing just to end up getting almost half of it back.

While we do not directly control the majority of these costs like taxes and insurance, we do appreciate your calling attention to this aspect and we value your feedback.
