One of my children has gone to the Jr. Olympics every year for a few years and with 2 in HS now and one coming into the school in 2 yrs, this property provides me with direct access to my children where they are and where they spend the most time. For anyone out there wanting to get a home loan through the VA, this team was the best. I had no prior knowledge of how this all worked. They made sure to hold my hand throughout the process. They made sure I understood what was going on and who I needed to work with. They let me know of any extra options I might be interested in, such as, home security systems. 10 out of 10 ratings from me.

We had trouble selling our old place after having to move for work. We worried we wouldn’t be able to buy until our old place sold, but Alex and his team at VU worked to get us into a home we bought. After all the moves with the military and after separation, we were done with renting and moving. VU helped make this move be the last for a while (we love the home so much that it might be the last move ever)!

The team in a whole did an outstanding job and went the extra mile to ensure me and my family had the help we needed in our last minute pcs decision to purchase a home. They were always extremely nice, helpful and had answers to the questions we had asked. This was our first time purchasing a home and they were they made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision in this major milestone in our life!
My only recommendation would be to clarify to the buyer what steps are not optional in the to do list. That was the source of my initial confusion (initial vs refinance).
