Our loan officer was Amy and we only heard from her once or twice my husband and I were so lost in the process until Levi started helping us he was very helpful he answered all of our questions.This was also our first time buying a house if we ever buy another home hopefully we have a better loan officer

I think overall the process was very easy and everyone was very helpful. I think at the end of the process (at closing) there was some frustration, irritation, and unexpected complications with our lender that I think could have been handled a bit more kindly… but everything did work out.
