I have been moved multiple times for the military and have only used veterans united once before (while I was deployed) and this was the easiest time I have ever had! Their website gives you enough loan information to urge a phone call and start your loan process.
The loan process was surprisingly smooth and easy, proving that buying a home doesn't have to be stressful. The loan team, concierge, and realtor all worked well together, making everything simple and straightforward. I really appreciated their support throughout the process!
Had a really long process because of easement issues. I worked hard with Mark Sexton to fix things was a little disappoined that some of the charges went up becasue of all the leg work I did. But Mark was great to work with
My expectations were blown out of the water, when Amy and her team took me on as a client they sought to it that I was taken care of, even on their personal time. I have bought a home before and I didn't have a "team" helping me and working with me like they did. 11/10 would and will recommend.

Tay Carson made the entire process smooth and fairly effortless. Answered all the questions my wife and I had also he and his team sent us surprise gifts along the way that were greatly appreciated.
