The entire process was very nice. We loved the way we were able to upload all of the necessary documents with no pressure. Also the way everything was scheduled via our account. Both Toby and Mallory guided us well throughout the whole process. They made everything easy to understand and navigate.

Neil Hansen and the veterans United team really impressed me with their professionalism and commitment to helping me get into the house I wanted with little to no hiccups. I tried to get a VA home loan with another lender, but they never once called me back to see how things were going.

My loan specialist Matt was great and was super helpful during the process.Underwriting seemed to be much longer than it should have taken, which in turn cost me quite a bit of money.
