It was a good first experience. There were a few hiccups but in the end everything worked out the way it needed. Good job all around.

Thank you such a high level of professionalism all the way around.

Can’t say it enough how much I love working with Veterans United. This is my second time in a year and each time the service still manages to impress me. I refused all other calls from lenders and people trying to give me “better rates” for the opportunity to have another seamless experience with Veterans United. Jays team was on point, on time, friendly and professional. Loved it all! Thank you VU!

This was my second time using Veterans United. The process was great from start to finish both times. I would highly recommend using them.

The entire team at Veterans United did an outstanding job of making the home buying process as painless as possible, thanks everyone for all that you do!

We are completely loyal to Veterans United and always will be. Everyone makes our home buying experience so much easier, efficient and less stressful.

My husband and I are both 100% disabled veterans. This is the third time we've worked with Josh. We just built our forever home but if something ever happened and we'd need to rebuild, Josh would be the first and only call we'd need to make.

Honestly, I have been sick to my stomach since around the 22 to 23 of January. I have been planning on this since I survived my heart transplant in 2013. I have spent the last two days in bed. I'm so stressed I got sick. I took two weeks off to be in Alaska for closing and for any hiccups only to find out that ended up costing me more because I got to pay for a notary to come to my home in California. I "wasted two weeks in Alaska sitting around waiting on VU. AirBNB and car rentals are not cheap. I am disappointed, I feel I wasted a lot of cash trying to do the right thing. I'm thinking about selling the home, because I have a really bad feeling waiting for the next shoe to drop. The process was not smooth, the staff were not forth coming, and I feel they did not know what was going on and there was miscommunication between the loan agent, his assistant and the underwriters. I have a AD friends who moved from Cali to NC during Dec and VU was handling his loan, he went to sign his documents and they were not ready. So his wife had to sign in while in transit to NC, and he was at a conference between Cali and NC so he signed in Utah. He wasn't happy with the two notary charges either. So this is not an isolated situation. I could go on... but you get the point . I'm not happy and ready to sell I haven't lived in the home yet.

Veterans United couldn't have been easier to work with from everyone on the home buying team, to the app and to the website. It was all so simple and easy to use. I will be looking forward to using them again if the need arises.

This is the second time I have utilized Veterans United and in the span of six years it has improved.
The online portal and document uploads is extremely helpful. I work remotely in Arctic Alaska and to have all documents submitted and supported electronically made sure the process was quick and seamless!
The time difference takes some adjustment and coordination. Many times I had to wait an additional business day.
It would be nice to have Saturday as a full business day.
Despite some adjustments I highly recommend Veterans United and I will be using them again in the future.

I’ve been lost in a swamp at night in a canoe surrounded by snakes and alligators. Not fun! I’ve also been through a swamp on an air boat with a professional guide. That was very fun! Buying a house while PCSing is like going through a swamp.
Veterans United guided me confidently through it all so that I never had to worry about financing our new home. They freed me up to concentrate on all the other things. I’m so glad I went with Veterans United!

Tyler Saltar and Daniel Roberts were absolutely incredible. They made the stressful process of buying a house seem easy. They reassured me through the whole process and helped me with anything and everything that I had questions or concerns about.

My steal estate agent, Heather Weber, was great! She went above and beyond for us!! She was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional! She made us feel like part of the family. I can’t say enough about her. Veterans United team members wer great, thorough and very helpful as well!

A big shout out to this incredibly awesome team, which is a definite reflection to the epitome of its leader…My very deepest gratitude to Donald Webber, Kimberly Hauptmann, Jimmy Blackard, Haley Moore, and Mikayla Schoolcraft. Thank you!!!

Veterans United made our first time home buying experience a lot less intimidating then we were expecting!
