Overall experience was really good. It took much longer than I felt it should have due to having to change agents mid way through. I was not notified of the absence of my agent and sat around waiting assuming that my paper work was being taken care of. Once Brad came on, it went quickly and he was so helpful and nice. Everyone I worked with was very helpful. Devin was great when he was available.
Some logic needs to be applied in immaterial matters and quit the absurd nitpicking required by the VA. Great job pulling this off
