Stressful but they got it done and we're very happy in our new home thanks to Veterans United.

Very pleased

Veterans United did work as a team!!
Thank you

Mike, Jesse and Amy were all very helpful to us!!! Great team!

Thanks to everyone at Veterans United for good fight against one of the worst builders in the history of building!! I very much considered you “having my back” through the process. I don’t give my trust easily, and you all earned it! Thank you again!

Jeff and his whole team were awesome. Jeff always made himself available even on weeks for any questions I may have had. He made sure I understood everything along the way and went the extra mile to ensure everything involved in the loan process went smoothly.
My real estate agent Tiffany was great and super involved in finding us our new home. She was always very professional and courteous.
I would work with this whole team again!

All together VU made this experience better. Everyone, from Jeff to Liz to Levi made me and my wife both feel heard and respected. Any questions we had were answered in a timely answer, even if they were about the most basic things in the process. We want to thank them all, from the bottom of our hearts, for helping us buy this home. It is a dream that we were never sure would actually happen.

Awesome experience x2.

Veterans united is a great service that can be utilized, I have been promoting your name and services at my command because it is filled with active and retired service members. And the fact that you will beat out others on the interest rates especially during these current times. Thanks for all that you have done for my kids and I.

Larry and the rest of the team at VU made the home buying process so easy! Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, but emotionally supportive as well. Working with them makes it feel like working with friends. I would 100% work with them again.

Excellent work by all involved

The struggles that we had with utilizing the VA loan program, in lieu of any other home buying program, are that there seemed to be many items that we could have been told that we needed prior to even finding the home that we purchased. These items could have been located through the military and such and already have been loaded prior to finding, beginning and purchasing the home. This delayed us and caused a lot of stress for everyone involved. Additionally, we were not informed of any assistance programs that were available to us such as the first time home buyers classes that assist with costs and others that may even exist. Most importantly, we were also under the impression that the VA loan would be a zero down loan and yet we still ended up paying $13,300 all said and done. This was money that we could have and were intending on using for moving, updating, and furnishing costs. As of yet we are still not even clear why we had to come up with so much money or where it all went to. That is not a small sum of money by any stretch of the imagination. I would warn anyone that we may recommend of this fact and strongly suggest that the VA do a better job of itemizing the costs and giving a logical and understandable reason for each and every dollar both verbally as well as in writing.

I could not be happier with my Veterans United team! They were quick to respond to any questions we had, great communication, we never left to wonder what was next. The app made the loan process super easy! If there were documents needed it was shown on my to-do list and I was able to complete those tasks with ease. I wouldn’t go with anyone else!

We do not plan to ever move again, HOWEVER, if the ever comes to mind, we will be right here with VUHL to do it. Thank You.
* waiting for the interest rates to fall, and we will re-fi at that time.R/ Bart
