Veterans United was perfect for my wife and I. One thing I really appreciated was the teaching classes and videos about home buying, which gave me plenty of information to make informed decisions. Everything from the staff to the online portal was extremely helpful and user friendly, and I can’t recommend them enough!

I couldn't imagine a more tight-nit, professional team than Dan Kelly's team. The communication and promptness they demonstrated processing my home loan was absolutely amazing to me! Thanks guys!
Kevin Reichert worked very hard on pulling the loan together. We passed up an initial offer for a second offer that was $12,000 higher as we were told the rate would be bought down. From that point on we were never satisfied with the loan. The seller credit were used to pay for closing costs. The rate was never bought down as we were told. At one point it was as low as 4.99% and was never locked in. The process was very frustrating and at no point did we feel we were getting what was promised. We ended up over paying for the home and ended up with a 5.25% rate. We felt like several concessions were made by the lender to make up for all of the short falls and for not following through with what was initially promised. Expectations were high in the beginning based on what we were told but then were never fulfilled. Not at all satisfied with the process.

Having to have Veterans United as my partner in buying the house gave me the piece of mind. The team of Julia, Sarah, and Jesse is the greatest thing that happened in my life and I considered it for my lifetime. Because without them, I will not able to purchase the home that I wanted. They guided me to the whole process of buying the house, communicated me the important details and information almost everyday. Julia and Sarah are hands down OUTSTANDING and AMAZING person.
