The process for me was quite long as I personally had to complete several items on the "to do list" over a period of time. However, it was all necessary things needing to be completed, which took a bit of time. In the end though Rick Bridgman, Brittani Batye and Paige Thompson got the job done!! We closed on my VA mortgage exactly one week ago and I am sincerely grateful to the team above for all they did to make it all happen for me!! They called or emailed me often to make sure I was kept in the loop along the way up until we finally closed. Great Team! And as we say in the Navy, "WELL DONE"!!

Processing my refinance with Veteran's United was a very simple process. They didn't require mounds and mounds of paperwork and the closing process was at my house and very straight forward.


Ive delt with john lucas in the past very helpful and super in ease. This current home loan was a partial disaster closing went wrong 3 times. Had to have 3 separate closings and last one was 60$ more and was veterans united mistake. So they wouldn’t do anything to help with that so over 30yrs would cost far more then 60$ over a period of 30 yrs. there was nothing they could do or would do especially for a veteran or veterans. Basically stuck it to me and i bare the burden of it. I was not happy nor was it right or fair. John said he asked to rectify it but they said no. So profoundly unprofessional and wrong. I wouldn’t recommend them from here on forward. John lucas i would definitely but the institution as a whole absolutely NOT!!!! 60$ over 30yrs at 2.75% you do the math far more the 60$ vu wouldn’t eat i had to.
