I would recommend Veterans United to any of my Veteran friends anytime. Veterans United made it very "painless" for a Vet to buy a home!

Everything was great. My only advice…When sending the appraisal it came with a cover letter. For someone who is a first time home buyer…I did my best to look over the appraisal and I missed the repair that was needed. Which when directed to complete the repair, it was almost a week later after giving us the cover letter and appraisal and 2 days before expecting to close.If you are going to send the appraisal with the cover letter…maybe adding a sentence in the letter to review the appraisal and make a note that there is a pending repair action to help someone notice it quicker to get it done instead of 2 days before the expected date of closing.Other than that I think the communication was great.



“Buying a home is stressful” they say… I really couldn’t say that, because my experiences using Veteran’s United have not been stressful at all. Actually I kind of want to buy another house already lol!




I can't express how much veterans united customer service was during the whole process. They were exceptional ! Veterans united should be the gold standard for all other VA loan service vendors.

There is not much more I can say about Veterans United and my home loan team. I wish I would have used them when I bought my first house, but I'm blessed and happy that I chose them for my second home.

There is nothing else out there like Veterans United. I was not expecting things to be so organized and easy. From the best mobile app, videos, to the group text with my team members. The little gifts on the way made me feel my business was appreciated. Another Diamond in the rough was the home buying concierge. She gathered information for me to active water, electric, etc and provided me great deals that can’t be beat for home security, internet, and much more! The real estate agent veterans united hooked me up with was top notch I couldn't have asked for someone better than Frank. He wasn't pushy about trying to take me to my limit of borrowing, he was able to set up about 14 homes for me to look at in a 2 day window, and he explained things in a very simple manner.
Donald was really good for a mortgage officer, nothing bad to say about him. His team I wish they would've been more knowledgeable though. They'd reach out all the time see how I was doing but I had a question a few times and they didn't know the answer and said they'd reach back out, but didn't. I had to call Donald personally and get the answers.Overall, very happy with Veterans United and their service.
