The veterans united app is my favorite part about the company. It makes viewing your documents, viewing the loan progression stages, & getting updates quick and easy to understand. They even have built in lessons to teach about the stages as you go!
Veterans home loan was amazing. It didn't take me long to find a house.And once I did within a month or so I had the house and the keys to walk in the door. The team was amazing from the top to the bottom. My realtor was awesome. Also, gonna ask for a better team and a better place to buy a home with.
Veterans United pretty much has given me all the ammo I needed to buy a house blind this is my second house with them I’m 25 I bought my first one when I was 21 and they make it just about as easy as signing emails and answering a couple of calls they look out for Low rates for you but also got me in touch with all the right people I needed for example my security system on the house is the best rate around 1000$ free equipment with 120$ start up fee and 58$ monthly fee to have my house like a military base and installed by all military veterans they give you the connections you need .

Every time I did not understand the process, before I could call to ask my loan officer, Randy Nivens was calling me to explain what step in the process was happening and set my mind at ease. Even though I have never actually met Randy, except on the phone, I think of him as a friend. He made everything go smoothly. He never talked down to me and I felt I could ask him anything.
