VU was so easy to work with. The initial pre-approval process where you can adjust your approved amount and share it right from that page is very convenient. The to-do list on the app is a life saver. There are so many items to get done. Even as a second time home buyer it's still a little confusing. Having it laid out exactly what needs to be done makes it simple. Lastly, the communication from the whole VU team was amazing, which made me feel more at ease when things got a little hectic.

Sam and Rynda were very helpful every step of the way. Buying or refinancing a home can be very confusing and stressful and they made it easy.

Emmett, Brittney & Anthony were phenomenal to work with. They were available day and night, quick with handling any request and were just a bunch of stand up individuals. They worked well with our realtor to access properties and answer questions. If buying a home wasn't such an expensive, exhausting undertaking generally, I'd do it again and use this team! No contest!
