The one issue for me that stands out was the process of getting quotes for repairs. Veterans United needed very specific information listed on the quotes. Even though I sent a list of those specifics, the contractors returned with quotes that did not meet all the criteria. This caused me to have to have the contractors revise their quotes several times, causing a lot of anguish between me and them. I feel that VU needs to send a sample quote format to their clients, showing exactly what they're needing, who can then send them to their contractors.
This was my first home buying experience and I honestly could not be happier with how smoothly the transaction went. Every detail was explained and all my questions answered. The online process and step by step to do task list made things pretty simple to follow up on. I would definitely recommend veterans united to anyone seeking for a straight forward home buying experience.

Easy to work with, especially after our first agent was at exactly trying hard enough. They got us a new one, and Mrs. Suraci got us our dream house. I closed on time, under budget, and got a great deal. Anytime I needed something I got a response in a timely manner. And I got periodic checkups about looking for houses, and then check ups on looking for services for the house like Elec/Water/Internet once we made and had our offer accepted. Overall it was a great experience, and even though the housing market might not be the easiest to navigate right now, these fine men and women made it much easier to deal with.
