I have previously bought a house through another company and I can tell you the difference is night and day. Veterans United was much much easier and the phone app having the ability to upload documents made the whole process super smooth. The team I was working with (Ben, Caleb, and carol as my agent) were top notch. I knew what was going on 5 minutes after anything had changed. They answered every phone call immediately ready to help and the couple times it went to voicemail they were on the line with another customer but called back immediately after. I couldn’t have asked to have been taken better care of honestly. As a 100% disabled vet permanent and total I am proud to have worked with such a veteran friendly company. We had been working with a different company for over a month and got no where, we ended up on the phone with Hannah Schwartz at 9:00 pm on a Friday night she collected all our info and stayed up till nearly midnight with me getting stuff put onto our application and we ended up closing on our home 27 days later. I couldn’t be happier with her and her team and this company as a whole 100% will recommend them to anyone looking for a VA loan.
Best place to work with for a VA home loan for veterans. Worst case scenario just be patient with some things. If you don't qualify right away they'll get you qualified as fast as possible working with a credit expert. Overall 11 out of 10.
