My husband and I have had the pleasure of getting to work with Aaron McMahon and the entire VU team. They have consistently done everything they can to ensure we get the best offers we can and we couldn’t have gotten our dream house if it weren’t for them. My experience with VU was amazing! The process was quick and I had the whole team with me every step of the way. On my closing date there was a personalized package to me from the team that was very thoughtful and way above and beyond. I will 10/10 recommend them to my friends and family.

We had a challenging purchase, every step of the way the loan team was in communication up until the very end. Planned PTO and holidays were a real challenge for this team. Follow up could be a challenge and hand off to another team member were challenging at best. When we ran into issues just before closing, it seemed the entire loan team was out of the office and we had to go to a client advocate to get assistance. The client advocate was AMAZING but took time to get in touch with them as I had to dial into the (800) # and get testy.This was our 4th purchase with VU, we love them but we have had the same experience with every transaction. Need a better method of monitoring and communication in order to put the purchasers at ease.
