We chose Veterans United out the many VA loan specialist out there after reading a few reviews, and we are more than happy that we did. Now, while i cannot speak for any other company, I can say that VU made the entire loan process so simple and painless it was like auto pilot! You get your own Loan Concierge who walks you through everything from coordinating all the documents you will need, to insurance, and movers. They cover everything! I cannot say enough, they are outstanding!
I also want to thank Rain Mitchell. She was incredible to work with! She made everything easy to understand and really made the process that much easier.
The team was awesome! This was the first time I bought a house, and being active duty I wasn’t able to get away to see it. The team made it super helpful and provided me everything to enable a smooth and seemingly stress free move.
Thank you for all your help and understanding. The only thing was the wait time to close things were told last minute for items and I had missed a half of day of work in which it made things very upsetting when this day was a joy. Yes, the big outcome at the end of it all was a blessing.

Another person that we worked with was Amanda. She kept things flowing and made sure that we had all of the documents. Awesome person to work with and in general the whole team made buying a new house a breeze.

I would highly recommend Veterans United for buying a home. I never thought that I would be able to get a home because people I know talked about how hard it was to purchase a home. From the first phone call to my loan officer to the closing on our home, everything just fell into place because of not just the expertise of my loan officer Fahad Abdul, but his friendly and cordial manner and interest in me as a person made the whole experience a very good one. I never thought that I would be able to own my own home but they made it possible. From finding the best way to get you in a house, to getting the right realtor for you, they are on point. We are celebrating Christmas in a house of our very own thanks to Veterans United!
At first I was skeptical about Veterans United. However, I knew retired (Lt.Col) and resident funny man Rob Riggle was on their side so I decided to give them a shot. One of the best decisions we have made. They found a way for me get my forever home and now lowering my rate...for free! (the lowering the rate part) For my previous loan I had a well known credit union handle it. Never again. I will be using Veterans United from here on out.
This was my 2nd loan closing with VU. My 1st loan officer Billy Watkins was the absolute worst person I've ever worked with, so I switched to Navy Fed for my next mortgage. I seen Mr Watkins was no longer covering my area so I decided to give VU another chance. I'm glad I did, Ross and Rachel were the best.
