Honestly would never used VU again. Next to zero communication, way too many people on your “team”… no one answers phone calls, everything is done through text and just aggravating to get clarification. When closing got pushed to the next day, not one person from the team reached out to me to explain why nor previously did they explain what needed to be done. The notary was more helpful than the team.

9 months and we finally closed and we could not have asked for a better company to deal with all the ups and downs we went through.

I think Veterans United is the front runner in the VA Loan servicing industry. Fast response to our inquiries, and their ability to inform clients!! Awesome! Videos and text articles to inform clients about what is going on. Electronic signatures to sign documents and a concierge to keep team members connected and help you complete the process. We couldn't have done it without them!
