I wasn't sure about using my veteran's home loan benefits; Veteran's United was great to work with and the team worked hard to make our new home a reality.

When this journey first began I knew very little about buying a home and had very little expectations. Now I've learned quite a bit more but I don't think that I would be eager to embark on this journey again. No matter how great my team was.

I have previously bought a house through another company and I can tell you the difference is night and day. Veterans United was much much easier and the phone app having the ability to upload documents made the whole process super smooth. The team I was working with (Ben, Caleb, and carol as my agent) were top notch. I knew what was going on 5 minutes after anything had changed. They answered every phone call immediately ready to help and the couple times it went to voicemail they were on the line with another customer but called back immediately after. I couldn’t have asked to have been taken better care of honestly. As a 100% disabled vet permanent and total I am proud to have worked with such a veteran friendly company. Loan officer and coordinator would not leave me alone or stop calling me while I slept though I said repeatedly not to during those hours and the amount of calls was too much with too little of importance
