I thought the overall process was smooth and quick. I liked the"to do" list that kept me in track. If i missed something I would get a text our phone call which was nice as I was moving and staying work in KY. Everyone was so helpful and avaliable to answer any questions or concerns. This was my first experience buying a home. I knew it'd be stressful but the people I worked with at Veterans United and the Veterans United app really made this a pleasant experience. My whole team was amazing. I had an issue with my credit report having some errors, Erinn when above and beyond of what I expected of her and got it all fixed when she probably didn't have too. Deloris added a welcome personal touch to the whole experience, even just calling to check in and talk. Our original closing date just happend to land on my birthday and she even mailed me a birthday pie in the mail. I would happily work with each and every one of them again.
This was the best home buying experience. Their thoughtful support was like I was working with a caring family member who wanted the best outcome for me. They were responsive, knowledgeable and made the experience out of this world positive and personal.
