They were quick to respond to emails. Texts, and calls and answered all questions we had and helpful with all the paperwork we needed.Any using the app made things simple. Easy and quick.
Today’s world is so electronic in nature that it took awhile to figure out who the team was. Unfortunately one of the team left the company and everyone rallied, but it puts a dent in the flow of information. Overall, it was a good experience and we would certainly suggest other veteran families to trust that Veterans United does not take short cuts and everything you need will be taken care of!
