Compared with a previous experience, I had obtaining a mortgage loan. This experience was night and day to that. Everyone was so helpful and willing to do whatever was necessary to make this a smooth and easy process, which it was. no surprises. Everything explained thoroughly. Could not have asked for a better experience.

The loan team came in clutch, closing on a tight timeline. Very grateful to have them help us through the process. She was knowledgeable and patient with any question we sent her way. A+ team, and the only ones we would want to work with in the future.
We had multiple issues with getting our loan. Seller issues, job verification issues and others. The team was attentive to our needs and concerns. They offered advice and instructions on how best to proceed. Definitely a company that will be talked about and referred to.

I wish I used Veterans United for every home we've purchased. I will highly recommend them to everyone and use them again if I sell/buy in the future.
Update the software on the VU app to recognize and use foreign mobile numbers. When I started the home buying process I lived in Italy and had an Italian phone number, it was difficult to use the app and had to struggle through the two-factor authentication process only by reaching out to the tech team.
