Poor communication and the process became painfully slow, unlike the Veterans United service I used to. It still has a great, user-friendly website.

Veterans United has a lot of hoops to jump through to get the loan done, but it is understandable given the 0 down policy. As many hoops as their are you guys do a great job of walking g folks through them.

It's no secret that buying a home for the first time is complicated and stressful. I felt like VU understands this and makes it their mission to alleviate as much of the hassle as they can. My wife and I both agree the entire process was a lot easier than we expected. Thanks, VU!

I would recommend VU because they know VA loans, and are experienced at getting them completed, including VA inspection
This was an easy home buying process and I would use Veterans United again in the future if I needed to purchase another home.

Closed on Wednesday on my dream home i can provide for my family. I honestly didnt think it would happen with how everything has gone this far. Sam was the best.
We did struggle with closing and the title company having details or a good contact to get closing docs checked and funds distributed but overall great to work with you all again.
This team is absolutely amazing! They got us into our house in less than a month!!!
