We chose Veterans United out the many VA loan specialist out there after reading a few reviews, and we are more than happy that we did. Now, while i cannot speak for any other company, I can say that VU made the entire loan process so simple and painless it was like auto pilot! You get your own Loan Concierge who walks you through everything from coordinating all the documents you will need, to insurance, and movers. They cover everything! I cannot say enough, they are outstanding!
The whole team was amazing. They all answered my questions promptly when I asked and made the process seem effortless on my part.
I also want to thank Rain Mitchell. She was incredible to work with! She made everything easy to understand and really made the process that much easier.

AJ and Austin are both absolutely outstanding. They are both so easy to work with, great with communication, compassionate and overall just wonderful people. At first I was skeptical about Veterans United. However, I knew retired (Lt.Col) and resident funny man Rob Riggle was on their side so I decided to give them a shot. One of the best decisions we have made. They found a way for me get my forever home and now lowering my rate...for free! (the lowering the rate part) For my previous loan I had a well known credit union handle it. Never again. I will be using Veterans United from here on out.
Did my refi and loan was sold before first payment was even made .. letter was sent with very little notice to be able to change auto pay .
