Julie Cute was amazing she always answered every question we had and sometimes answer them before we asked

Would definitely recommend Veterans United to fellow veterans. The entire team was very supportive, and a great help throughout the entire process.

I cannot explain the gratitude I have for this team. Everyone that had a hand in this process was great and made the process flow. Thank you to all the Veterans United team.

Jason and the team made the process of using the VA home loan for the first time so easy. All members of the team were quick to respond, friendly, and were very knowledgeable to their area of expertise. They were a wealth of information; they kept me informed on time-sensitive items and offered me assistance with them. The personal touch of giving us an appreciation gift of my son's first tackle box with his name personalized on it was above and beyond. It even had his nickname spelled correctly, which was super touching. We will cherish it forever and remember as it is tied to such positive experiences in our lives of buying our first home and taking him fishing for the first time.I would strongly recommend Veterans United to anyone using the VA home loan. We are very happy with our new home and the VU made the purchasing process enjoyable.

I thought the overall process was smooth and quick. I liked the"to do" list that kept me in track. If i missed something I would get a text our phone call which was nice as I was moving and staying work in KY. Everyone was so helpful and avaliable to answer any questions or concerns. Great experience!!

You sold my loan before i even made my first payment, which shows that you care more about making a quick buck over the customer.

Veterans United is hands down the best mortgage solution on the market, we appreciate everyone and their attention to detail and support throughout the process and given the opportunity, will continue to use your services for many years.

The whole experience was wonderful.
What an amazing team!!

Everyone on this team was fantastic! Despite me being terrible at communicating, they each continuously contacted me and really helped move the journey along! I definitely wouldn’t have been able to get here or my home without them! The team really made buying a home easy and mostly stress free, not that they were the cause of stress anyways. 10 out of 10!!

Seemed many team players before getting to underwriting. At times uncertainty if making progress. There seen to be a snag working around the federal work comp issues . The requirement is awards letter was a major obstacle based on a non functional item. My case was unique. Probably one of a kind.
