The team did great, they were quick to make recommendation for solutions to problems that occurred. There seemed to be some confusion on adding and removing my spouse to the loan. Then when it came to closing the team wanted to see if my wife got paid before submitting all documents to underwriting to get permission to close. My wife was taken off the loan before we went final. When the team was reminded of that, the issue was quickly resolved.
