I graduated from the University of Missouri in 2004 with a degree in Personal Financial Planning. Growing up in Columbia, MO and attending the University of Missouri has made me a die-hard Mizzou fan. My family and I enjoy spending time at Mizzou sporting events. When we are not there, my wonderful 3 children and I are spending as much time outside playing as we can. I pride myself in offering the best customer service possible. Purchasing a home can be an extremely stressful situation. I will be there to guide you from pre-qualification to the final closing. I want to make buying a home as easy as possible. It has always been my passion to help people especially our veterans. Serving those who have served others is one of the highlights of my life. Your sacrifice is what allows my children the pleasure of growing up with the same freedoms we all enjoy today. I personally want to thank you for your service.

Grace and adam were A LOT of help throughout the whole process making sure everything was done properly and in time
Adam and grace are always amazing. Making the lift seem easy always thank you !
Our team was great! They made a complicated purchase far less stressful.
I never fill out surveys. Adam deserves a raise. I don’t know what you pay the man, but it’s not enough. He was on top on every question I had, regardless of the time of day. I’ve bought a few houses and have always used Adam. If Adam left your company, I would recommend whatever company he worked for.
Great at communicating expectations, barriers, timelines, and changes along the way
Adam was the "weak link." In June when I told him I was looking for a place to rent, Adam reminded me that I had a "complete package" to buy. 8 days after I chose to make an offer, Adam informs me that I have to submit all new information "within the next 48 hours," putting a great deal of stress on me. When I was looking at purchasing the house in March, Adam gave me a ballpark of $8,000 for closing costs. However, on the day of closure for my new place (which was $60,000 less than the place in March), Adam informed me that I needed over $10,000 for closing costs. This was bad enough, but he didn't tell me until 10:30 in the morning and my closing the schedule for 3:00. I hadn't scrambled to my credit union and transfer funds from my savings to cover the closing. Based on the video I watched, I believed the final walkthrough was required by law. I told Adam I was going to the walkthrough, he mentioned something about the closing but didn't emphasize it. When I got to the property, my realtor, James, inform me that I needed to go to KENNESAW for the closing! Kennesaw was over 90 minutes away! So the closing should have never been time so close to the final walkthrough. This created a highly stressful situation and prevented me from performing The Wire transfer until the next day. I arrived at my credit union for the wire transfer as it opened and the wire transfer took place by 10:45. However, I was also required to provide proof of my social security, even though I'd already done so. I had copies of the necessary documents to verify my Social Security (since I hadn't received the card that I ordered several weeks ago) and proceeded to the public library to have them scanned and transmitted to the attorney. Since the computers weren't working properly, I had to return home, pick up my thumb drive and use it to download the files so they can be emailed from the library to the attorney. Even so, this was performed by 12:15. However, the attorney didn't notify the seller to turn over the keys until 2:40. Since the seller's mother had a stroke the night before, I had to drive from Lithia Springs to St Joseph's emergency room on the other side of Atlanta. Including the delays from traffic, it took me 2 hours and 45 minutes to return to my home, where the movers have been waiting for a half hour. I finally got settled into my new place about midnight. All of this would have been avoidable had Adam Crutchfield kept me informed. Instead, he was not only unapologetic, he appeared to blame me for what happened! This is NOT acceptable! Adam didn't even tell James how much I required in closing costs! He did extremely poor job in communication and caused me untold stress. I might work with veterans United again, but I would never work with Adam Crutchfield again.
Adam and his crew always goes above and beyond to get me the help I need to fill out the necessary documents.
Thank you Adam
I want to thank them for all their support and hard work.
