It even had his nickname spelled correctly, which was super touching. It was my first time buying a home, and I landed on the Veterans United homepage from a Google search, and it really saved the day. All of the documents and appraisals and inspections that have to be done in order to buy a home would have been a nightmare to deal with on my own, and it was all laid out plainly and clearly with the app. My loan officer and the whole team that worked with me were top notch, the to-do list really helps as well, because you get notifications about it as soon as your team put something up for you to do. And basically if you just follow that to-do list and satisfy all of those requirements, everything falls into place. It was surprisingly simple, because all of the complicated things were handled by professionals that really felt like they were working in my best interest the whole time. Thanks again for all the hard work and expertise that was afforded to me, I could not have done it without y'all.

Shortly after an email came letting us know of the Team we'd be working with, a phone call shortly after our realtor in the area would be Jackie Mahoney. We didn't have to go find someone they set us up with her and things have been going just fine. We found a home and made an offer, closed on our new home, now looking forward to selling our previous home.
