We were disappointed with the service. We have used VU before and had a fantastic experience, so we thought it would be a good choice go with VU again. However after this experience we would never use your services again. Our previous loan offer Kris Eubank would reach out often to see how things were going. We were never notified that he had left the company and who our new loan offer would be. We had to reach out and figure this out which took a few days.We signed and sent an amended move in date but that was missed. We were never notified if there was going to be any issues so we assumed everything was good. We had planned moving trucks and child care but since you all missed it, we had to postpone these items and lost money because of YOUR mistake. I also email Mallory Fuller and Adam Underwood a couple times that our closing date was coming up THIS FRIDAY and was told it was misread. Then to amend this mistake everything was rushed and we had to get documents in ASAP. I have also notified you all of my job change A MONTH prior. Mallory asked if I had time for a call and I said "Yes" and never got a call. Again, if you all don't let us know there are issues we are going to assume everything is good because we would not know what is needed. We gave you the information and you are supposed to do your job and let us know what else is required. I was told the "teammate that has been assigned to your file for the past 41 days is actually out on vacation..." Why was there no one else double checking their work for the past 41 days to see if they missed something or additional information is needed? Why was there no one looking at out file while this person was out on vacation? After all this disaster we were told by Mallory that we are good to close on Friday and then later in the day she didn't even call me first to tell me that we were not able to close Friday and had to move the date.Angela Vines who was supposed to help us with insurance is also a huge disappointment. She called my husband and left a voice message. He called her back a couple times and left voice messages and never got a call back. She emailed us and we emailed her back and never got a response. We found our own insurance and then she sends us a quote.
