Ben was born & raised in Southeast Missouri, in the small town of Farmington. He graduated from Mizzou with a bachelors degree in Business Management. When he's not helping our nation's Veterans utilize their homebuying benefits, he's generally spending time with his wife, Laura, and his two daughters, Emily and Ellie. No words can describe how professional yet down to earth Ben was throughout the process. Every time I had a question or needed help , been responded quickly and made sure whatever concerns I had were answered .
The team as a whole was outstanding! They made a complicated and daunting process of first time homebuying (almost) simple. Wouldn't be home without them.
From helping build our credit to the very end, they were all outstanding. Ben and his team stayed in contact with us daily to help move through the process. If we ran into a problem they were on top of it. We really appreciate what they have done for us. We waited along time to get this home and we are thankful for the team that helped us do it!
Well, after a season of wrangling reindeer, untangling lights, and hiding cookies from Santa, I’m finally off the clock and ready to sing the praises of Ben! 🎄 Let me tell you, working with them was smoother than the icing on a gingerbread house! From the first moment I reached out, they were as jolly and helpful as Santa after a nap. They answered all my questions quicker than I can say 'Frosty the Snowman,' and they made the entire loan process as easy as checking the 'Nice' list. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always just a sleigh bell away when I had questions. I was expecting a mountain of paperwork, but instead, I got a sleigh ride through the whole thing! If you need a loan officer who’s not only a professional but also a true holiday hero, Ben is the one! They’ve earned a spot on the 'Nice' list, no doubt about it!"
Thanks for your flexibility during this process. You all were great!!!
