Very smooth process (at least from customer persective) and was able to get things done quickly. The only item that threatened / slowed down the process was a missing "Certificate of Occupancy" letter that the seller should have had. Just wondering if there's any way to identify this issue a little earlier in the process instead of at the very end. Could potentially alleviate the stress of trying to get the City to respond quickly as well as not being able to close on-time for the scheduled closing date.
