I expected Bobbie to be on top of her game and she was, but more importantly everyone I dealt with on her team were very knowledgeable and supportive especially Brayden who kept me on track.

Having owned 5 homes in the past 30+ years without a mortgage, having to go through the rigors of mortgage application at this stage of life was a bit excruciating. Some of that in general accounts for ratings not being as high as they might have been. Having to document documentations was a bit redundant at times.

Bobbie was GREAT!!! She went above and beyond to help me close on my home. She was wonderful every step of the way and when there were setbacks and I wanted to give up, she was not only my cheerleader to push through, but a friend who listened and understood. Whatever you pay her isn’t enough! She is a valuable asset to Veterans United and I cannot wait to work with her again for my refinance in a few months.
