Everyone was great to work with. Bobbie thoroughly explained what and how to do certain steps and she always answered all questions in a timely manner.

I expected Bobbie to be on top of her game and she was, but more importantly everyone I dealt with on her team were very knowledgeable and supportive especially Brayden who kept me on track.

Having owned 5 homes in the past 30+ years without a mortgage, having to go through the rigors of mortgage application at this stage of life was a bit excruciating. Some of that in general accounts for ratings not being as high as they might have been. Having to document documentations was a bit redundant at times.
