Brad and his team were awesome to work with they made the process of buying my first home very easy for me and my wife. We greatly appreciated their work and support.
Great service. Easiest refinance I’ve ever done.
Great people to work with.
Outstanding work and dedication thank you so much Brad and Robert they really helped me and my family we appreciate you guys so much
Brad was communicative and didn’t mind my millions of questions or concerns. He made sure I knew every part of the process and explained anything I didn’t understand.
Great Commumication!! Walk you through the whole process. Has a great team.
Thank you to all who helped me get my new home you all are the best
I ended up with Brad Tweedy, but I'll never forget Nick, my veterans United home loan folks. Nick first sent me a Halo helmet, and when it arrived I just knew it would be the most expensive helmet I'd ever own. I even told my wife, "it's okay if they have a higher interest rate (later matched with Navy Federal), they gave me a helmet".
What I liked about Brad was he reached out to me to are sure every thing was good, and he responded quickly and even on evenings after hours or on days off. He reassured me on numerous items and brought up a very good point: with Veterans United you get a dedicated person to answer your questions, with other people like Navy Federal, you go to a group and it's far less personal.
