Brett quickly contacted us to notify us that we were cleared to refinance our home loan at a reduced interest rate. When he wasn't able to reach me, he reached out to my wife and quickly got everything arranged to move to closing. We closed on the new loan in less than 2 weeks! Brett was also able to quickly reschedule the closing documents signing meeting when we ran into a scheduling conflict. Lastly, Brett gave us great advice on when to turn off auto pay for our old loan so we wouldn't make any unnecessary payments. Thanks Brett!
