The team was excellent. Never left a question unanswered. In fact they were so proactive that I had few questions to ask.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. Kermo and her team no matter how many times I called no matter when I called, I always either got on the phone with them or they gave me a call back within like 10 minutes unless it was overnight, but they did an awesome job. They got everything done and it wasn't only just because they did their job. It's because I did my job. When they needed something done I put forth the effort to get it done for them.So they could do what they had to do for me.So it's a teamwork thing.

Brandon was amazing! Carma checked in all the time! The whole process was great, until closing day. We waited over 2 hours and still no answer. My closing began at 3pm eastern time, we left a little after 5 with no answer. That was a little unnerving. It all worked in the end! Thank you for getting me into my new home!
