Denise is passionate about helping Veterans and active duty service members achieve the dream of home ownership and is an expert in the VA home loan. Her aim is to go above and beyond for all of her customers and to provide them with the best home buying experience they deserve. Denise with her spouse Darren, have two children. In her free time she enjoys being home with family, being outdoors, cooking, and doing home improvements.

Denise Stroud is phenomenal. There is not enough numbers in on a 1-10 chart to describe her top notch service and communication. She has been there for me through serveral transactions to include purchase and refinance from FHA to include VA on my most recent. Denise restored my faith in my ability to use my remaining VA entitlement after a previous short sale several years ago on my VA property. SHE’S THE BEST!
