Don Scott is the best so attentive it's personal to him we love him
The appraiser forgot to include an out building in the appraisal. He then attached the wrong deed to the appraisal. Because of his mistakes and not caring about the chaos the delays from his mistakes caused, our closing had to be delayed. Imagine having movers lined up for two days, having to be out of your old home and not able to get into the new one. Our amazing realtor helped and so did our loan officer, and we are grateful. But this appraiser shouldn’t be given work by the VA anymore.
Don was an amazing person to work with. It felt like we were truly family and he was doing everything he could for us. He always had an answer for any question I had regardless of how simple and he never once forgot to return a call or respond to my messages. He made the experience enjoyable in a time that is generally very stressful.
