From my very first call with Hanna, I could tell that it was not just about getting a sale or checking some box in the process, but she genuinely wanted to help me reach my goal of owning my first home. Hanna, in particular, knew the work she had to get done in order to help me accomplish my goals. She never sugar-coated anything, and when she explained anything to me, it was super in depth to where I never had any follow up questions. To top it off, we set a 28 day goal to close once I found my house, and we made that timeline happen without any hiccups. She was even able to get me money back at closing.
