From the first call to the closing, Hanna was absolutely outstanding! Her personable nature, knowledge, and professionalism were unparalleled. We felt like we had known her for years during our first call! She is a tremendous asset to VU and is a wonderful representative. Can’t say enough!

When I first called, it was already late in the day, and she worked late just to ensure that we got the preapproval before the weekend so that we could look at houses. She was also on top of any issue that came up and informed me as soon as they came up so we could get them taken care to make sure everything was on time.

Hanna was phenomenal! She made me feel valued and heard, and she made the process of purchasing our home smooth and stress-free! She was easy to get a hold of and was quick to answer questions and elaborate until I understood what was needed. She is amazing!
