Hayley was amazing! She was patient and extremely helpful. My wife and I bought our first house 25 years ago, so this was just like a new and stressful experience. We had a few "bumps in the road" during our process (not V.U. fault) but Hayley helped us every step of the way to navigate through any issues. Hayley does an amazing job and has a LOT of heart.

Despite technology incompatibility between VU and my Credit Union which slowed down transfer of my information to VU, the team worked with me in every way possible so I could comply with their requests for information.
They were supportive and encouraging and made me confident that they would complete the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. It was frustrating at times, but overall, it allowed me to purchase my dream home and move forward with the next chapter of my life!
