Heidi was and her team were AMAZING .. We have used other lending companies in the past and have never had an experience quite like this. She did everything possible to make the lending of the home a great experience. We appreciated that everytime I had a question, she had an answer. She is a true professional and you can really tell she loves her job and that says a lot to a customer. Cant recomend her enough.

Heidi is a powerhouse. Without her taking ownership of the loan and leveraging her in house connections I likely would have lost my home (Sellers wanted to break my contract to take a higher offer. Any delay in closing would have allowed them to do that.) This is my 4th time working with Veterans United, and every single time Heidi has distinguished herself from everyone else at Veterans United I have dealt with. It may seem “easy” to task people with gathering documents but it takes something more than that to navigate tricky situations that are not uncommon in home purchases. Heidi should be giving presentations to the rest of the company on how to deal with various “tough spots” in the loan process.
